“Excellent Prime Cut of Meat. Delicious and perfectly cooked. Sides are excellent perhaps except for the tomato-onion which may have been out of season? Otherwise, every side dish was amazing. Lunch for 9 of us - over the top service, excellent bartenders/cocktails. Delicious reasonably priced wine options. Love this restaurant for a great steak.“
“Pizza Luca catered my party at my house with one of their pizza trailers. They arrived early and set up. We were given Cesar salad, pizza, and mini cannoli. Everything was delicious and my guests really enjoyed the experience. I have used them twice and it never disappoints. I highly recommend pizza Luca.“
“This is one of the most unique experiences in Westchester County. A hidden gem for the uninitiated, Deli by day, music dinner theater by night. Rob the owner is a gem, by extension his employees, they are kind and courteous. Just the thought of having a live music venue in a deli is unique and brilliant! Great musical artists and delicious food prove to be a surefire combination for success. By day or by night you will be impressed by Carmines…“
“Found this place just passing by happy I stopped the place is very clean and the staff is nice. The pizza very good I’m a pizza fanatic so I know good pizza my son loved the garlic knots. Next time I’m in the area definitely will stop by“
“Great date spot!Sat by the fireplace, had some great wine and entrees (the figs are amazing!), and the service was pretty quick considering the number of patrons. The only reason for 4 stars on the food is that the mussels came out incredibly fishy, which was not normal for me - I had to spit one out :( I think some were undercooked. But it was a small oversight and can happen! Would definitely go again!“
“My husband and I went to burrata for dinner today. It was a Saturday so we did have to wait around 50 minutes, so I would suggest making a reservation online if possible. We grabbed a drink at the bar next door while we waited. I really liked a the ambiance of the place- modern yet homey feel. Service was excellent, food came in a timely manner. We ordered the Araninci which was delicious, the burrata - yum. For mains we ordered the pappardelle which was really good, and the mushroom jalapeño pizza which we also enjoyed. For dessert we had the tiramisu which from a distance I thought looked like a store bought tiramisu because they wrap it in one of those plastic pieces to keep it together, but once the waiter opened it up all of the cream at the top fell to the sides like lava! It was really good- coming from someone who is very picky about tiramisu! Drinks- I had an espresso martini (no baileys) which was also good Definitely will be coming back here- with a reservation next time!“
“The food was excellent and the Maitre'd was an expert at what he does. My concern was that I am vegan and when I asked the waiter if the risotto had butter, he said no, it would be okay. Well it not only had butter but it also had cheese. I also saw a waiter eating from a plate that had leftover food from a patron.“
“Torcello is a hidden gem. Run, don't walk to this lovely Italian restaurant which serves up a wonderful array of elevated Italian dishes, and makes you feel like you're VIPs as you dine. Food and drinks were all excellent. Easy parking too. Can't wait to return for another meal. Highly recommended.“
“This restaurant has been opened a short while. We frequented it several times and each time our meals were delicious! Their fried calamari is exceptional! Fresh and crispy! I had chicken parm and it was yummy! Generously portioned. Their pasta dishes are delicious too! The service is good and the ambience is nice. It's clean and a feel good place. I recommend everyone trying it at least once! Bon appétit!“
“Augustine has become my favorite restaurant in the Mamaroneck area. The fresh pasta with seasonal preparations are always divine and not your classic Italian dishes (e.g. gnocci with the lamb neck meat this spring, and wild boar in the winter), the wine on point, and the service warm and authentic. The atmosphere is elevated bistro, so it works for date night or dinner with friends but the food is significantly better than any other local restaurant. The chef didn't earn a Michelin bib for nothing.“
“Came here and was very pleased with the service and food. Small restaurant with intimate vibes but very very very good food. We had the octopus, kale salad, and the mozzarella to start and that was phenomenal. I had the lamb bolognese, we also got the steak, fish, pasta special, and the pork osso bucco. Will be coming back for their suckling pig next!“
“Food, service, accommodations, patience, and did I mention the food, especially the pastas were nothing short of amazing. This is the first time in a while where I was impressed with the costumer service of everyone from the hostess to the waiter and all staff. We weren’t rushed whatsoever and somehow sat talking for several hours without the slightest animosity from the staff. I will be back!!Parking: Easy and no valet“
“Went for dinner last night with my husband. A wonderfully unpretentious spot. BYOB. Quite possibly the best Italian food I've ever had. Service was great. I can't believe it took us this long to find. Will absolutely frequent regularly go forward!“
“My wife and I had never been to Tarrytown before, but on a whim got a reservation for our anniversary at Bistro 12. We couldn't recommend it more! We ate the lobster bisque, calamari and a Caesar salad to start. I had the seafood risotto and my wife had the Ravioli Tartufata, both very delicious. Both the food and service were fantastic, would return in a heartbeat.“
“Impeccable service to food. Taken care of as if you were in a high end place in manhattan. Lenny’s does there best for the customer to bring good food and service in a welcoming cozy atmosphere that makes you want to come back regularly. The owner walks the restaurant engaging with tables and making sure all is of standard as well as the staff especially Sean!“
“I went here for lunch on a week day with a friend. The staff immediately helped us with the door because I'm in a wheelchair. The place was pretty empty except for a group of old men in their seventies and eighties. I ordered the veal meatballs and the fig and goat cheese flatbread which was exquisite. They have a fantastic drink menu and their service is impeccable!“
“Wonderful Family owned ristorante. Menu is exquisite with choices for all tastes and palettes. Sizable portions and attentive staff leave you with a satiating experience. I further recommend the desserts and Lemon Basil Martini! :)“
“I don't leave reviews too often, but AJ's deserves it. Excellent burgers, excellent sides and they have, by far, the coldest beer in New Rochelle. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. 5/5 stars. Come here, you won't regret it.“
“The service always exceeds our expectations. Iggly is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent. The ambiance is elegant, fun and comfortable. It's become our weekly spot to decompress from a busy work week.“
“Great food ,great service.Been going to Tombolinos for many years, had been getting take out last 6 months ,first time eating in restaurant in awhile ,always good to sit down in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy the outstanding food and the always attentive and friendly staff.Looking forward next time.“
“First of all, it was not only Easter Sunday but my birthday. I didn't want to go to Manhattan; I wanted a good Italian restaurant close by and this was by far the best pick that I could make. We started with Clams Casino and Clams Oreganato. They both were absolutely, fresh, tasty and we loved them both. I had the capellini with crabmeat and shrimp and I was so pleased with the taste of the creamy tomatoe sauce and the sweetness of the crab meat and delicate flavor of the shrimp. This pasta dish was superb. My husband ordered the Seafood Pescatore with linguine. He was enjoying the dish and all the seafood ; mussels, clams, calamari and shrimp were all tender, fresh and delicious. We ordered the creme brulee with blackberries and dragonfruit. What a wonderful burst of texture, creaminess and crunch of glazed sugar browned to perfection. We have found our Italian Cucina that will be our "go to" in Yonkers. Tutti a mangiare a tavola.“
“This small neighborhood restaurant just became my favorite after my first meal there. At the window to the kitchen you can see the chef preparing the food with so much attention. Everything was very delicious. Best octopus I've had and the white tiramisu is a must! Hidden gem that deserves a michelin star!“
“I came here For restaurant week with my family. The price per person was only $30 for lunch which was very reasonable considering we got three courses and the portions were still nice. The service was excellent, staff was friendly, and food was delicious. I would definitely come back! The tiramisu was outstanding!!“
“Wonderful open space with amazingly responsive wait staff and a chef-owner who makes r rounds to see how you liked the meal. We had appetizers of burrata salad and a polenta with meat sauce and everyone had different main dishes all involving perfectly cooked seafood. No room for dessert but if we had the opportunity to eat dessert bo doubt it would have been excellent! Can't wait to return!“
“One of my top picks for fine Italian dining. Everything is cooked to perfection and the pasta is out of this world. Service is attentive but not intrusive and as one can see by the number of people coming in and at times waiting that it is a favorite of locals. Highly recommend!!“
“My husband and I had a little date night here during the Christmas season and it was quiet good! I work in the area so was pleasantly surprised to discover it was in my stomping ground. The booths were cozy and perfect for the occasion. The food was well seasoned and fresh. The service was decent..I would recommend it.“
“My daughter-in-law is from Brazil and introduced my family to some treats like Brigadeiros and so I found Araras online and visited one day to get some . So happy I did and I’ve been back several times to pick up different treats and also to buy some groceries from the market. I must say that as wonderful as the food is, the service and people who work there are even more wonderful! They have always been so helpful and accommodating and make Araras a very special place. Thank you for doing what you do so well❣️❣️Parking: Easy to park!“
“Yo. This place is it. The truth. Tonight we decided was gonna be a pizza night but my wife specifically wanted PIZZA - like not a tavern style bar pie or a Patsy's/Angelo's NY margarita type. Old school pizza, pizza. Bob's delivered. Literally. From Tappan to Upper Saddle River they brought some of the best "plain" slices I've had since moving to NJ - and it showed up quick, hot and totally in tact. We fking loved this pizza. There are more than a few great places to get Pizza near us - but I'm absolutely thrilled to add this one to the regular rotation. Tonight I'll drink to Bob's. May they stay in business forever! Here here.“
“My husband and I went last night for dinner, and we cannot stop talking about how much we enjoyed it. First, they accommodated us quickly and made us feel welcome despite the fact that we arrived a little over 15 minutes late for our reservation; we were expecting to wait but they seated us right away. The atmosphere is soooo pretty with greenery and fun music playing. Now the food: My husband ordered a cocktail and I ordered wine and both came out promptly & were generous in size. While we waited for our food, we looked at the meals that were coming out of the kitchen and everything looked delicious! The serving sizes are VERY generous. My husband ordered the chicken parm vodka special and I ordered the ravioli and meatball. We easily could have split the chicken parm to share. It was easily one of our favorite meal experiences, as everything was made to perfection. For dessert we ordered the cheesecakes.. I have high expectations for cheesecake and theirs did not disappoint. We both left feeling stuffed but in the best way. No notes. 12/10.“
“One word amazing. Only way you can get italian food of the same quality is buying a plane ticket to Italy ??. Menu is small but incredibley good you can't go wrong with anything on it. Great atmosphere feels like your sitting in your italian grandmother's house. Menu and desserts change daily. Everything is fresh and prepared to perfection.Parking: Free parking lot in rear.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is wheelchair accessible“
“Valentina’s is a hidden gem! I almost didn’t write this review so I can keep it secret…but I decided to share so you can enjoy it too. It’s just the best Italian food for miles around. Everything is made to order and is excellent. The Chicken Martini is a must try, and don’t miss the Veal Parm. Prices are very reasonable and the owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. You will not be disappointed!!“
“A TERRIFIC dINING eXPERIENCE- fOOD AND sERVICE wONDERFUL- gREAT wAITER WHOSE BEEN THERE AT LEAST 20 YEARS AND IS VERY HELPFUL; sPECIAL mEAL FOR A REASONABLE PRICE AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE AT YOUR TABLE! dON'T MISS OUT ON THIS oNE OF A KIND rESTAURANT- tHE waLKERS“
“Grabbed a sicillian and a Hal’s seltzer which I never see around ! Oh boy was the pizza amazing crafted perfectly with the cheese and the sauce. Perfect ?? I definitely recommend coming here they reopened up in style and taste. The food is amazing here now ! 10/10 best pizza here in Yonkers!??“
“Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience. The staff provideds top knotch service and does an incredible job. You walk in and feel like family. The pizza is incredible, and the ingredients are fresh a must visit when you want a good slice or pie!“
“Excellent quality food, generous portions at reasonable prices! From the outside, this place looks like a plain-looking slice shop, but it is so much more than that. The service is friendlier than you normally would expect at a place like this, and they even packed up the leftovers for us. That's always a plus in terms of service. I had the fettuccine carbonara, which was certainly above average in quality. I find that carbonara is a difficult and unusual dish to make, so it's a good way to test an Italian restaurant. This place certainly passed the carbonara test. The portion size was absolutely enormous! It was better than the carbonara I had at a certain Michelin-starred restaurant in New Rochelle! I also had the opportunity to taste the fagioli soup, spinach pizza, and eggplant pizza. Everything was delicious. All of this, and the bill was under $50, with the tip included. Can't beat that.“
“Food was very good, regardless of the smaller portions. Service was excellent.. beer choice Forst was good, maybe offer other Italian flavors? atmosphere needed easy listening Italian music in the background since its an Italian restaurant?“
“What a marvelous restaurant Chef Vittorio has created in Sparkhill !!!As you walk in , you know you’re in for an old school experience infused with Vittorio’s talent!!Very attentive , knowledgeable and friendly service.Thin layered eggplant, Millefoglie Di Melanzane Alla Mamma Carolina ( his mother’s recipe), Polipo as tender as can be and a Carpaccio Di Manzo were some of the appetizers we had that were outstanding, followed by some amazing pasta and finished with Tonno Alla Putanesca that was OFF THE CHARTS and a perfectly done Berkshire Tomahawk Pork Chop!!Maestro, thank you for a wonderful experience!!“
“Our first time visiting Trattoria 141 was this past Monday and we had such a great experience we returned the next day for dinner to try more things on the menu. Besides the amazing food and ambiance, the staff were just as awesome. The owner Jimmy is very hospitable and dedicated to excellence. His staff Nadi and Rafaello are highly knowledgable and they were a pleasure to spend an evening with. We will be back.“
“This little pizzeria has the cutest little front. It's across the street from the library and it has little seats outside. You could sit and have a nice cuppa coffee or slice of pizza. We like the chicken buffalo and a lot of the margarita pizzas. I love the calzones everything has been pretty good.“
“we found this amazing restaurant on a whim driving up north.. we stopped to eat and we were not disappointed. the food was fantastic. the staff was delightful. portions were large. I can't wait to find myself on a road trip back to this restaurant soon.“
“My family and I spent Easter dinner at this restaurant, where the food and the service was phenomenal!!!. A server can make or break your experience and our server Lura was awesome! The owner is hands on and made sure everything was superb! Thank you again and we will be back soon!“
“Amazing old school place that helped earn NYC the reputation for great classic Italian food. Stick to the red sauce classics and you’ll surely enjoy. My wife got the Carbonara that was beautifully made and she really enjoyed. The portions were large enough for lunch leftovers the next day.“
“Have visited multiple times and will continue to come back. Specials are always on point. But the menu items never disappointment. Grilled shrimp, calamari, and mussels are all solid appetizers. Can't go wrong with any of the salads. Favorite entrees include the gnocchi, lobster ravioli, orecchiette, branzino, and chicken parmesan. Service has always been great. And it's awesome to have the option to sit outside on warmer days.“
“I've eaten here about half a dozen times and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently flawless and the prices are not insanely high, considering the environment (you are in Scarsdale, after all!). The place is kept immaculately and the staff is courteous and professional. I highly recommend, especially for special occasions.Parking: There is valet parking.“
“I started going to Amore a couple years ago. When we parked it looked very quaint , We walked in and it was like stepping into little Italy the staff will go up and above to make u meal fantastic. There us a area to sit outside when its warm and its so nice in doing so I would recommend it. My family has also spent many holidays here and the atmosphere and food is amazing as always but u need not just go for a Holiday any day is fantastic at Amore. Now the main reason for going here is the food is out of this world just like my nana and mom cooked and how I do so. As in the name Amore we love u food and reservations are highly recommended ??“
“Old school Italian with large servings of excellent food. It is in a somewhat sad looking strip mall with not much curb appeal. But don't let that throw you off. The interior is nice and the staff friendly.Be aware the place looks like it's been there forever -- the word is out with locals and regulars so it can get crowded at peak hours.“
“They have amazing lobster raviolis (despite only giving 5-6 raviolis, it’s still worth it).Their chicken parm is amazing (great portions given for this dish). My partner had lamb chop sticks and he loved them as well as the meatballs; I had calamari and it was great.“
“Recently enjoyed a fabulous experience at Dolce Vita! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, the staff are exceptionally welcoming, and every dish we tried was a delight. Truly a hidden gem that captures the sweet life in every bite. Can’t recommend it enough!“
“Neighborhood gem. Consistently good. Fresh seafood and outstanding steaks. Super friendly staff. We go here regularly. They are not trying to be trendy or chic, only wholesome and delicious. The decor is a bit dated, but the food and service make it always worth a visit.Vegetarian options: Salads, some apps, pasta, eggplant parm, etc. No specific vegan or vegetarian menu.“
“Great pizza options for both vegans and omnivores. We order takeout pizza from Rini’s every time I visit my friend in the area, and it’s such a treat! The crust is the perfect ratio of crispy/chewy, and they get the balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings right. Well seasoned, delicious pizza!“
