“I dinned here for the first time in 1993. The atmosphere was one of no frills solid food and portions. We moved out of the area shortly there after and returned again just a few days ago. While under new management, the food was every bit as good as it was all those years ago and the staff put the "pleasant" in Pleasantville.“

“We celebrated my husband’s grandfather’s birthday here tonight with a party of 14, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled so professionally and warmly. The restaurant is beautiful, elegant, and has such a welcoming atmosphere.

Our table was perfect, the service was attentive without ever making us feel rushed, and every dish came out exactly as it should. With a group our size, it’s easy for things to go wrong, but everything ran seamlessly. The staff worked together so well, and everyone in our party left happy.

The bill was also very reasonable, and while gratuity wasn’t automatically included, our server absolutely earned every bit of the 20% we gladly left.

“On December 12th my law office had their holiday luncheon at this wonderful restaurant. I also ordered a tray of meat lasagna for Christmas. If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The chef created the meat lasagna - a simple dish - and elevated to something that just melts in your mouth with deliciousness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!!“

“This location i have come to a few times. It has progressively become better and better.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and quite, while there is a great social bar, with very nice accomodationimg staff and the downtown has become much better than it use to be that this hotel is right within.

Only downside I've experienced is the up charge fee for late checkout. Normally around the world a late checkout there is not a secondary charge of you request up till 1-2pm. Unfortunately this hotel is going with the US trend of charging consumers for needing a later checkout even if you checking at 11pm bc of late travel etc.. Only down on have to say, but hotel it top notch“

The food is magnificent; the portions are large yet without skimping on the artistry of fine Italian food. The owner is always there to great us with a smile, even all these years later, and the chef is always willing to help make your experience whatever you can imagine in your head. Their specials are just that, SPECIAL, not because they are going bad but because for decades, they have provided Westchester and many visitors, with a customized and mouthwatering, dining experience. You always feel like you've walked into the door to a home when you go there, and they could serve me tree shavings for that alone (and I'm sure it would be fabulous anyway). 💞always Blue Dolphin -- the Hansen's.

“My family and I came to Sapori to celebrate my college graduation, and the experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish.

We visited during lunch in the middle of the week, and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Zacharias, went above and beyond to make our celebration feel special. He explained every detail of the menu so thoroughly, answered all of our questions with patience, and gave excellent recommendations. You can tell he truly cares about the guests’ experience. The entire staff was attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time we were there.

And the food… wow!!! Cheers to the chef because everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. You can taste the care and quality in every dish. Most of the pasta is made fresh on-site, which makes such a difference. Because everything is prepared with that level of attention, this is not the place to go if you’re looking for a rushed meal. But if you want authentic, high-quality food made with care and served beautifully, Sapori is absolutely worth it.
