“Have visited multiple times and will continue to come back. Specials are always on point. But the menu items never disappointment. Grilled shrimp, calamari, and mussels are all solid appetizers. Can't go wrong with any of the salads. Favorite entrees include the gnocchi, lobster ravioli, orecchiette, branzino, and chicken parmesan. Service has always been great. And it's awesome to have the option to sit outside on warmer days.“

“Let me start off by saying..There isn't many better options to have Italian food in NY and that includes NYC..The service, the food & the atmosphere is impeccable. The chicken scarpariello is the best i have ever had. The chicken is always cooked to perfection, sliced thin potatoes, fresh sausage, mushroom & onion along with a rich sauce that is out of this WORLD. I also get a side of pasta with garlic and oil as well. Their grandma slice is GREAT. the sauce, the crust and the cheese are all cooked flawlessly. Angelo the owner is such a welcoming and pleasant guy. Our server Wilda was amazing and attentive. I can't wait to go back!“

“Admittedly, I'm spoiled having been able to enjoy all the pizza NYC has to offer, but this local spot is my go-to. My recommendation is to ask that the pie be 'well done' or 'extra crispy'. Salads, veggies, and grilled chicken are good too. Super kid friendly.“

“My wife and I had never been to Tarrytown before, but on a whim got a reservation for our anniversary at Bistro 12. We couldn't recommend it more! We ate the lobster bisque, calamari and a Caesar salad to start. I had the seafood risotto and my wife had the Ravioli Tartufata, both very delicious. Both the food and service were fantastic, would return in a heartbeat.“

“I came here For restaurant week with my family. The price per person was only $30 for lunch which was very reasonable considering we got three courses and the portions were still nice. The service was excellent, staff was friendly, and food was delicious. I would definitely come back! The tiramisu was outstanding!!“

“We have done a couple parties there the owner never disappoints it can be from 15 to 50 people the food and staff are amazing can't wait to do my son's party there in the spring. All of our freinds always tell us how they enjoy are parties there not to mention the drinks and appetizers.“

“I started going to Amore a couple years ago. When we parked it looked very quaint , We walked in and it was like stepping into little Italy the staff will go up and above to make u meal fantastic. There us a area to sit outside when its warm and its so nice in doing so I would recommend it. My family has also spent many holidays here and the atmosphere and food is amazing as always but u need not just go for a Holiday any day is fantastic at Amore. Now the main reason for going here is the food is out of this world just like my nana and mom cooked and how I do so. As in the name Amore we love u food and reservations are highly recommended ??“

“My daughter-in-law is from Brazil and introduced my family to some treats like Brigadeiros and so I found Araras online and visited one day to get some . So happy I did and I’ve been back several times to pick up different treats and also to buy some groceries from the market. I must say that as wonderful as the food is, the service and people who work there are even more wonderful! They have always been so helpful and accommodating and make Araras a very special place. “It had been quite some time since I’d been here and the food was just as delicious as I remembered!Our group ordered Clams, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Bow tie pasta with Pesto sauce, and an Arrabbiata pasta that was not on the menu.The pesto dish was practically licked clean . It was a large portion eaten by a tiny friend who seldom finishes her plate . The fact that she she managed to devour the entire plate speaks volumes as to the flavor.. I have to admit that I stole a piece of two because it looked so delicious .I ordered the Arrabiata, which was perfectly spiced. I think each and everyone of us enjoyed our food equally.The staff was perfect. They were very attentive, without being intrusive.I had to take a star away from the atmosphere simply because the overhead heaters in the patio area became too hot, and while they were incredibly accommodating in turning them off, it became too cold. Had they been adjustable heaters it would’ve been fine. Looking forward to coming back during the spring months and sampling more of the menu..“
