The food is magnificent; the portions are large yet without skimping on the artistry of fine Italian food. The owner is always there to great us with a smile, even all these years later, and the chef is always willing to help make your experience whatever you can imagine in your head. Their specials are just that, SPECIAL, not because they are going bad but because for decades, they have provided Westchester and many visitors, with a customized and mouthwatering, dining experience. “Just left a crazy Thursday night at IL Forno. What a fun and enjoyable evening we had. We walked in with no reservations and the manager snuck us right in and we even got to the listen to an amazing singer. We have been here a few times, this was by far the most fun we had. Everyone was laughing. The staff which seems to be plenty was having a good time. The manager and Owners kept walking around and making sure all was good and everyone was happy. There are so many great and delicious choices between the specialty pizza slices, salads, and pasta and chicken dishes. With the gluten free meal. After calling and indicating a gluten allergy. So my wife has to remove the bread and clean the container before I can eat. While under new management, the food was every bit as good as it was all those years ago and the staff put the "pleasant" in Pleasantville.“

I order what I want but when the check is upwards of $70 but I see I was charged for both cups of coffee, it's a turn-off! A little advice: let your customers be aware that there are no free refills on a cup of coffee instead of surprising them with a $10 charge for coffee. Good luck!“
