A hidden hem in Mt Kisco I highly recommend Monarca.

I came here for dinner we with a group of friends over the summer. We had appetizers, drinks, and dinner. The food and service was excellent! This is a hidden gem in Mount Kisco. The cocktails and food are excellent and the owner is super nice!
