Professional friendly staff. On the rare occasion drink doesn't come out right, a new one is made.

This Starbucks Coffee Company in Mount Kisco offers a very welcoming atmosphere with a large seating area of bar height tables, stools, and a few lower tables and chairs. The atmosphere is amazing and upscale, fitting right into the downtown area. The service is friendly, with staff regularly cleaning tables. Drinks can be hit or miss depending on who makes them; some come out fast and hot, while mistakes can happen if the barista is distracted. A White Chocolate Mocha was really good, and an Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was delicious. A Breakfast Sandwich was a little hard but still tasted good. The staff interactions stand out, with certain baristas elevating everyone around them, remembering orders, and creating beautiful latte art. One barista keeps the space welcoming and adds warmth to the vibe. Another staff member helps new co-workers in a confident, kind, and sweet way. This place is recommended for the customer service and staff interaction, where people care about what they do. The bathrooms are clean.
