Not atypically, the staff was a bit "distracted," or perhaps slightly unfocused.They actually had both a light roast and a dark roast available.The rest is Starbucks cookie-cutter.

My favorite Starbucks location especially due to the staff: Sarah the supervisor is amazing and always makes me smile as soon as I come in! Not only is she extremely friendly but she also knows how to execute my drinks very well, especially given how complex they can be lol. I go to Starbucks practically everyday, and I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live in the area. Throughout all the changes over the years, my experience here has only elevated because of Sarah along with the other star employees LJ, Claire, Sophia, Jahre (another supervisor) and Angel. Such an amazing crew and I’ll continue to come to this location so long as they’re all still there. :)

Decided to give this place a go since mast coffee is closed. What a mistake that was. Horrendous customer service. Zero stars if it was an option.Standing around like they don’t care. I won’t be stepping foot in this location anymore that’s for sure. If you need a Starbucks just go to the one in chappaqua by Whole Foods.

Thanks to this location’s bad service, I discovered a great Mediterranean Restaurant 2 min away!This location has paid parking!!!! After I paid for my parking in a 90F weather, I got to the door and found a sign “No, ice, sorry :(“Apparently, they did not have food either. No sandwiches or protein boxes. Nothing, just empty space….Where there is a will, there is a way… Both issues could have been resolved!

I was in at 645 and they close at 7 but the girl at the register said she was closed for the night. I guess closing at 7 now means that the staff out the door at 7. The kid deserves a pass because the manager should’ve been actually managing

I ordered 2 drinks. 1 TALL ice caramel macchiato and 1 GRANDE ice chocolate for my son. And they gave me TALL cup for my GRANDE macchiato. It was too busy that I don’t even bother to go back to complain. Seems they can’t handle a busy day.

Have been a long term customer of this location. We usually come here whenever we are in town. Unfortunately the quality of the coffee, overall cleanliness and service have all slowly gone down over time. Our order was half missing/incorrect and had to wait much longer than usual. It seems like they are overworked, understaffed or both. I have noticed this at most other locations as well and the quality of the coffee is on par with Dunkin at this point, especially as prices continue to rise. Will give them a few more tries before giving up and getting my coffee elsewhere.Parking: Plenty of parking both on the street as well as parking lots across the street and behind this location.
