This is by far the best matcha latte I've had from ANY Starbucks. I've grown accustomed to big clumps of matcha powder in my Starbucks lattes but this was nothing like that. The staff is super friendly. Thank you for the lovely experience and delicious latte.
Tanisha is just FABULOUS! We so appreciated her kindness and patience for a group of out of towners! ??
I was surprised to see just one employee working late afternoon on a Friday, especially with the fall menu having just come out. Having worked in customer service myself I could see how overwhelmed she was having to deal with so many customers alone, but she handled the numerous people so calmly and efficiently. Ava was an excellent barista :)
