“The kitchen is small, but the flavors are big at the Playhouse Cafe. It’s unbelievable what they are capable of creating — this is not your typical movie theater cafe. Great cocktails, a full coffee shop (my favorite place to work on the weekends while the kids catch a movie), the charcuterie board is fabulous, the muffaletta is my favorite sandwich. My kids love the tater tots and chicken fingers. Don’t miss the churro bites for dessert! Best of all — you never need a movie ticket to eat in the cafe, but if you are seeing a movie — you can bring your food/drinks into the theater. Sure beats regular popcorn!Also, trivia nights and live music are so fun — not to be missed!

However yesterday was the first time, we utilized (or attended) an event in their private room upstairs and I cannot say enough good things about it. The food was delicious (served family style and there was plenty of it!), the food and bar service was great, the room itself was perfect (a very nice room with lots of space for the kids to run around) and Melanie was so easy to work with!
