Amazing fine dining restaurant in the hudson valley. The menu often changes, and the food is truly 2 michelin star level. Dessert is the highlight, with the freshest strawberries I have ever tasted. The non alchoholic drinks are also extremely creative, and the atmosphere is quiet and refined.

The most spectacular dining experience of my life. Every dish was beautifully crafted, and the service was impeccable. I got that mind-blown feeling over and over again throughout the evening. Recommended in the strongest possible terms.
