This is hands down the best Peruvian around! My wife is Peruvian and has an incredibly high bar and it’s authentic with the owner / chef making everything fresh being superb quality.We regularly go to Lima, eating at the best restaurants there and Mistura can hang with any of them. WOW! I’m Peruvian, I’ve had a lot of Peruvian food and this is at the top of my list of favorite places. It’s incredible. The lomo saltado is awesome, kind of crispy cuts of meat with a nice smoky flavor and the chaufa is the perfect authentic Peruvian flavor. This place is my new favorite restaurant in the area.
