Why this place doesn't have higher ratings is confusing to me. I walked in here and was greeted by and served by two of the nicest young guys I've met in a long time. They seemed really happy to be working, were enthused about the brand and the sandwiches they make (which is crazy rare this day and age), and shared tons of info about the various sandwiches with me. The sub was absolutely fantastic, and I'll continue going back here always. I would recommend JM's to anyone.

We were stuck in a 5 hour traffic jam on the way home and got off the highway in search of something to eat, preferably with outdoor seating. Jersey Mike's fit the bill. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the food was perfectly fine. And by the time we finished, the backup had mostly cleared!

Came here on lunch, full disclosure I ordered ahead so I didn't have much time in the actually location. But from I quickly saw it was clean and wasn't busy at lunch time at all. The pick up process was a breeze, you pick up at the front register, the food is kept behind the counter for safe keeping. :-)I ordered the #16 Chicken Philly, added pickles and lettuce giant size toasted Rosemary Parmesan bread.
