We ordered our appetizers: pasta fagioli and Caesar salad and were not disappointed. For an entree we had broccoli rabe pizza which the chef modified for our vegetarian diet. It was delicious. The crust was thin and had the right amount of crunch. The rabe was the right amount of garlicky. We should have each ordered our own! And dessert! Who knew that vanilla ice cream dowsed in good, hot espresso could be so sublime. The homemade Limoncello shot, rounded off a lovely lunch. Water continuously filled never empty. I got the spaghetti and spicy meatball. And these I will dream about until I return! They were hands down some of the best meatballs I've ever tasted!!! “Had lunch with a buddy here recently. Old school place. Spots like this are a dying breed. We started with shrimp, scungilli, and the arugula salad. The shrimp was disappointing, I would not order again. Buddy had the lasagna which he destroyed, huge portion. I had the blacked salmon special which was very good, nice filet. “This is the first place my girlfriend and I ate at after arriving to our destination from Kansas. Getting into the location was somewhat difficult due to parking restraints, but once we found a parking spot, everything became more comfortable. When walking inside of the establishment, it was relatively quiet. The individual up front greeted us and informed us that there was a menu on the counter which we appreciated. There is a large menu to order from, but we decided to order the Chopped Cheese and Fries. The Chopped Cheese was good. The beef is fresh, juicy, and tender. When combined with the rest of the ingredients it makes a great combination. The fries were salted well and had a slight crunch with each bite. I became full off of one half of the Chopped Cheese. I do not normally become full from eating out, but this was one of the rare occasions where I did and I am thankful for it. Overall, I enjoyed eating here. I became full from the food I ordered, the individual up front was nice and respectful, and I left feeling satisfied. I definitely recommend coming to this location and trying their food options.“
“Ate here on a Saturday morning around 9am. Most people got food to go while we were there, but you can dine-in. They have more seating around the corner, but they only opened half of the front part. High chairs are available-they were around the corner, not in plain view. It wasn't on the menu, but they were able to make a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese on a roll for my partner. My partner enjoyed the sandwich. I had a breakfast burrito with long slices of chorizo. I liked that the burrito was grilled so the outside was crispy. It would have been better if the cheese was more evenly distributed and there were too many potatoes for my preference. But still a solid and filling burrito. I could only finish half of it. Staff were friendly and nice.“
