I made my first visit to Westover the week before Christmas, having ordered food online. I picked it up pretty much on the 25 mins they told me it would take. However, when I got home (only a few minutes walk away) we found that my pizza was a 12" as opposed to the 14" I paid for, without the anchovies I'd also paid for and a side salad had the wrong dressing (Italian not Caesar).
