“The first pie I had from John at Fenice was the Detroit Red...which Tony picked up for me last week when i was at work...i finished the whole pie by just after midnight...but I had to go for the regular NY Cheese pie fresh from the oven. We scored one of the two tables there and were able to decide which of the other slices to bring home...it was like a pizza candy store. We didn't finish our pie so brought home two slices, and I wanted to try John's sicilian, I couldn't leave there without a Detroit Red slice and Tony wanted the multi cheese white pizza...every pizza we tried was perfect! something about the dough. The sauce. The cheese. The dough for the Sicilian and the Detroit Red was light and perfectly crunchy on the bottom. Flavor out of this world. We drove from White Plains just to try Pizza Fenice. worth the trip.“

“Mario's Metro Pizza is hands down the best pizzaria in New Rochelle; and I have tried them all as a New Ro long time resident. I am a pizza aficionado and their pizza has only the top ingredient. Their cheese and sauce is amazing.

It snaps instead of biting into a pillow of heavy dough. the sauce is just right, not tart where you’ll have instant heartburn & not sweet where it tastes like some garbage out of a jar! “Absolutely loved our experience here tonight! I am unsure of the hostesses name but she was a doll and clearly had everything running so smoothly. As walk-ins we were even able to pick where we wanted to sit. Juan was our waiter who was such a gem, so attentive but also did not rush us at all. We got the baked clams, veal Marsala and the gnocchi special which were excellent. The manager also came over to say hello which felt very personable. We can’t wait to come back!“

“GET THE KALE CEASAR SALAD!!! I love their pizza but I go for the salad. This restaurant has such a great atmosphere and their menu is very accommodating. Everything on the menu is delicious and if you are strong enough to leave room for dessert, you will be extremely happy. Their cookie and their brownie come in a cast iron skillet and tase homemade and the ice cream and whipped cream make it even more delicious.“

“We visited Luca’s Pizza for the second time today, and once again everything was amazing. Both times we ordered a large pizza and pasta, and the pasta was perfectly al dente each visit.

This time we also tried a cannoli that was filled fresh to order, and it was phenomenal. The staff is incredibly professional while still making the experience feel warm and personal. You can tell they truly care about their food and their customers. We will definitely be back in the summer for the tiramisu!“

“I am from Staten Island and although pizza there is vaunted and valued, Casaletto pizza is outstanding and outshines even some of the best there. The young man at the counter was personable, and very customer oriented. Prizes were incredibly affordable especially when you use the quality ingredients. The place was also spotless. Has not changed since we left Ossining almost fifteen years ago. Kudos to Casaletto.“

“Stopped in there with 8 wild kids and the staff was so gracious and kind and helpful to all of us. The pizza came out fast and let me tell you that was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. “I have to start with they have the Manhattan Special Espresso Soda! One of my favs and makes it worth the trip in and of itself.
That said, I got the eggplant dinner with a salad and garlic knots. I didn't specify a dressing and got a creamy balsamic that was really good. The knots were great with just a little burnt cheese on the top. Not burnt in a bad way, maybe crispy is a better term. But delicious and buttery. The eggplant was also spot on, perfect amount of sauce and nice tender eggplant with the thinnest layer of breading that was crispy along the edges. I'll definitely be back.“

This time, I took my family of 6 to dine in at the place. As soon as we walked in, a middle age looking female staff or the owner(I’m not sure) started directing me where to sit & calling me “Hey buddy!…)
To me this is not acceptable but I decided to ignore it as we were in a holiday mood. She took our order and forgot a couple of our drinks. As we waited and waited.. finally we flagged her over to ask about our drinks. That’s when she brought the drinks over, no apologies. By this time our holiday spirits begin to wind down. The place is small and there weren’t that many people inside as there were a lot more people picking up their foods. She never came back to check on us during our time. I know that we weren’t eating at a fancy 4 star restaurant but eating pizza and salads but we felt pretty disappointed for their dine in experience and for that I am taking off 2 stars each in service and the atmosphere.“

“My coworkers and I always get a large hot honey old fashioned pizza with hot peppers and hot honey and they always do an amazing job. They also make a great penne alla vodka , amazing garlic bread etc , at Micheal’s they cater to your preferences. I don’t eat pork or beef and they have always gone that extra mile to make sure im covered. If it’s from Micheal’s I’m sure it’s good! Def 10/10! The food is great and so is the service !
