“Where do I begin? The customer service was exceptional. The individual at the counter was very friendly, and nice, did not catch his name but I’ll call him the cool guy with the nice beard!!! I asked for two slices after he told me how big 1 slice were, so i opted for one, he still gave me two and a can on top of that… woow that pizza was delicious so far the best for me on Connecticut ave. I been working around here for over a year it is my first time eating pizza at CRUST ISSUES pizza, and won’t be my last…very nice looking place too Highly recommend!!“

“Stopped here on my 5 hour road trip back home & I have zero regrets! The food was very fresh and tasted amazing. They do only take cash or check, fortunately I had cash on me. However, I don’t think that’s a valid reason to take a star away from the quality of service or food because it was that good!“

“The CBR pizza is out of this world. The first time I went in there my boyfriend & I bought a few different slices to try & they were all good but the CBR was def our fave. The slices are a generous size & price too. I like really thin & thick crust pizza. Classica is a happy medium between the two - prob more on the thin side & has the perfect amount of crunch (it doesn’t crack & fall apart when you take a bite like some thin crust pizzas do). We LOVE Classica Pizza!! 🍕❤️“

“I ordered on line a dinner for a family who just lost a family member. First time using Norwalk Leonardos. The order was complete ,delivered on time good portions and as I am told very delicious I ordered: Hot wings Chicken Francaise and Chicken Scarpariello It came with pasta, salad and breadsticks All was absolutely delicious and enjoyed. It was a good experience . I would use Leonardos again. Thank you..“

“This place is amazing! One of my favorite local outdoor bars with many different room options. The food is great, and you can never go wrong with their brick-oven pizza. The staff is kind and the atmosphere is one of a kind; live Dj events, love bands on Friday's/ weekends with many different events all through each month.“

-Beautiful View/ Scenery from large floor to ceiling windows.
-Great interior design with spacious tables.
-Very good food.

Negatives:
- Service did not match the atmosphere and the price point.

The service however was a huge disappointment. After providing my name for the reservation, the host walked about 8 steps and then without speaking pointed to the table across the room where we were apparently supposed to sit. I asked for clarification, and he then muttered in annoyance that one by the window….

Next up, we were asked if we want still or sparkling water, I asked for a bottle of still.
We received tap water. I again asked for a bottle of still, we then received lime flavored tap water. Finally our server stepped in and clarified they do not have bottled still water, only filtered…
I do want to mention besides the host no one was rude, but the service in general just didn’t seem to keep up.“

“Came in for snack while shopping and visiting historic SoNo. First time ever coming in for a slice of pizza. My daughter and I each enjoyed a slice and shared an ice cold Jarritos Piña soda. The man who greeted us was courteous, and our slices came out hot and fast… will definitely be back to check out some of their other menu items.“
