John, the owner - a extremely friendly and kind man who knows all his regulars by name and probably has hundreds of interesting conversations with customers a day - from each of which he will likely retain a few small details and tidbits of info. The two cooks / workers - two exquisitely hard working men who provide top quality food and service. Despite their lack of any English besides the essentials, they remember many of their regular customers and their favorite meals. And maybe most important, the food - tasty and affordable. Sometimes the owner will even give discounts or free small items to his regulars as a token of appreciation of sorts. “I love Planet Pizza and especially this one in Ridgefield. The food is always great. The management is very nice helpful, and professional. They are willing to do whatever they have to do to please the customer. There is always relatively fast service even when they are busy, which is surprising for how busy they get say on like a Friday or Saturday evening. I have never had a bad experience here. Overall, this is one of the best places to eat if you like pizza. If you like chicken marsala pizza, I highly recommend it at Planet Pizza.“
