“So happy I was invited to the 3rd Annual Afternoon of Casts at Nod Hill Brewery yesterday afternoon. A friend invited me to attend...it was my first time there and I had a blast!!!! So many awesome and interesting people were in attendance in addition to the wonderful staff of Nod Hill. Aaron, one of the nicest young guys out there, was extremely nice when I inquired about leaving my car there overnight as well as when he had the unpleasant task of turning away prospective patrons that didn't know there was a private event. For the event there was a special raw oyster bar, but the brewery still had its food truck in full swing. I stuck with the oysters and a bag of popcorn, but the food being served from the truck looked delicious. (I just had more formal dinner plans after.) The atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and fun. I will certainly be returning!“

“If you love Texas barbecue this is your place. You can smell the smoke a quarter mile away. It's as if it is lures you in. My wife catered my 60th surprise birthday party from here and it was a big hit. Was there the other day with friends. We all had sandwiches which were great. Nice selection of beers, some of which you've never heard of. Fun place to eat. Parking can be a little problematic. Grab the first spot you see.“

“Great restaurant situated right off Ethan Allen Highway. I ordered pickup with my family from there. Most of the food traveled very well and the portions were very large. I think the only thing that didn't really keep was the fried calamari. From what I recall my pickup experience wasn't the most stellar. It happened to be very busy when I came in so I was stood there for about 5 - 10 minutes waiting to pickup the food. However, I do not blame anyone in the restaurant for this happening, I had a pleasant experience overall despite the small wait.Parking: Parking lot is there but it is very tight for larger vehicles and while it is crowded. The lot is fairly small but still has room to park vehicles in two "rows" with space in between to drive. Please note: the way to get in is one way only. The way to get out is around the back and off a side street.“

“New to us. Had an early pre-show dinner in the bar. Some excellent food. Attentive service. The house special of Spaghetti tossed in a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel was absolutely outstanding. The veal scallopini was a bit overcooked. A house Gorgonzola salad was excellent. We will come again.“

“This spot blew way past expectations. It has a retro style to it but the service and food are out of this world. Pizza was fresh and amazing. Employees like this spot has just don't even exist anymore. I would high recommend. Bar service avaliable. Anyone born in the 80s and 90s looking to relieve that classic family pizza spot is going to love this.“

“We do love Luc's. Have been there numerous times, and always feel like we are back in France. Cassoulet, tartare, French onion soup, salad Nicoise...so Parisienne. And if there is a birthday, they do a low key but festive presentation. Can't say enough good things about this place.“

“The place was packed and we were happy to get a table, as they don't take reservations. Drinks, food, service all very good. Keep in mind, it is basically a pub kinda place with many great food options. We had fun and enjoyed our dinners. We will return!“

“First time there. This cafe was recommended by someone who's lived locally for many years. Great choices for breakfast or lunch. The prices are reasonable. My aunt and I were greeted by a very nice gentleman, possibly a manager or owner. He also came and thanked us for our patronage after we finished our meal. Both of our sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this cafe.“

“I stopped at the ancient mariner to grab some fried clam strips to go. Folks running the place are very nice. The food was ready on time and delicious as expected because this place was recommended by people working in the area that I know. I will definitely be back here again in the future.“

“This place is amazing; really good service and an extensive menu. You could come here every week probably take a year to get through this menu. They have sushi and noodle bar selections we had as well as dumplings that were delicious. It’s a really nice place you could dress up and go for a date but they also do a brisk take-out business. Looking forward to coming back soon.“

“Very good Spanish food (My wife is from Spain). We had the seafood Paella. I'm a very good cook and make this at home on a wood fired grill and although there is nothing like my homemade, their Paella is one of the better ones from restaurants. I would get it again. Also tried their Patatas Bravas, a spicy potato dish famous in Madrid. A little pricey but not so much considering it is a top area in Ridgefield. Parking is a problem during busy times so get there early or park down the street and walk.Parking: Parking is a problem during busy times so get there early or park down the street and walk.“

“We’ve been coming to 850 almost weekly for about 5 years. The pizza choices are excellent, but we’ve never been disappointed in any of the meals we’ve ordered. But mainly we come back because the service is excellent…casual, fun…we enjoy catching up with our servers who are always friendly and work hard to make sure we’re enjoying ourselves. Juliana is a particular favorite, but they’re all really caring humans! Wonderfully casual family restaurant with quality meals!“

“Tasty burger place, with lots of other options like bison, chicken and some more unusual options, too. Lots of customization. Different types of buns/wraps, Lettuce instead of bread, a variety of toppings, etc. It’s been a varied crowd the couple times I have been there. Sometimes, it’s mostly adults, but I have also stopped in and been seated next to a group of 12 8-year olds and a couple moms. TVs might be playing cartoons, or sports.Happy Hour is 3-6, with 6 dollar margaritas and 1/2 off beers, I think. No food specials, though.Food has been quite good. Salads have been good quality, onion rings are top notch. Need to try the milkshakes.Pricey for burgers, but quality has been good, servers are attentive, and it’s a reliable option in the area.“

“I love Planet Pizza and especially this one in Ridgefield. The food is always great. The management is very nice helpful, and professional. They are willing to do whatever they have to do to please the customer. There is always relatively fast service even when they are busy, which is surprising for how busy they get say on like a Friday or Saturday evening. I have never had a bad experience here. Overall, this is one of the best places to eat if you like pizza. If you like chicken marsala pizza, I highly recommend it at Planet Pizza.“

“Fantastic experience here! Cozy, warm, and with friendly service, and everything we ordered was excellent. Definitely will be back.Kid-friendliness: Go early with a well behaved kid, and they’ll be well taken cars of. There’s a kid’s menu with appropriately priced kids classics, and the staff dote on kids. Just go at the beginning of service, I’d say.“
