My son had a chicken quesadilla and really liked it (I tried a taste and should have ordered that!). No fountain drinks and no beer were also disappointments.“

She had the chicken sandwich instead and it was moist and delicious, but she would have been happier with the veggie burger.“

“Stopped by today while walking around Westport and have to say that we had a GF pizza for the wife and a cheese pizza for me. First time having a Detroit style pizza and they were both quite delicious. Sitting outside at the tables on a sunny day made it even better. Our waitress was very nice and very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. My only issue was it took a very long time to get the pizza because I feel they might have been understaffed, but everyone seemed to be doing their absolute best. We will definitely be back to this cute little place.“

“We were recommended to Dolce restaurant by a relative who used to live in the area and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is rustic and classic. From the time we walked in the door, the service was extraordinary. We were seated right away and we received the perfect amount of attention throughout the entire meal. One diner had the tuna tar tar as an appetizer and he said it was the best he's ever had. For dinner we had the chicken Francaise and the Dolce salad. They both had generous portions and were absolutely delicious. The mashed potatoes and spinach sides were just as good as the entree. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Our waitress Jillian was amazing and had a lovely personality. Delicious food, great ambiance all for a fair price.“

“We came here because they allegedly had GF (gluten-free) options. Spoke to the waitress about my wife having Celiac's. She handed us a gluten free menu, & walked away. When she came back we were trying to discuss items with her, she was ZERO help. If you have a gluten intolerance, eat here at your own risk. Otherwise it wasn't horrible.. I got a Ruben sandwich, it was pretty good. Seems pretty popular.

Despite the zero-crowd atmosphere, the kitchen didn't miss a beat. The service was insanely fast, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and quick to get everything out to the table. Most importantly, the food tasted completely fresh and made-to-order. The pancakes were hot, fluffy, and golden, and the rest of the meal was just as spot-on. It certainly didn't feel like food that had been sitting around under heat lamps waiting for a late-lunch guest; everything was cooked with care.

“I say yes and no to recommendations. I recommend only the burgers. Don't order the chicken sandwich. Today we tried chicken sandwiches. Big disappointment. Menu picture looked great. Nice chunk of chicken on a fluffy roll. What we got resembled a chicken cracker on a smashed roll with a smear of mayonnaise and 3 slivers of pickle. I've been there 3 times now and the staff messed up orders all three times. Not just mine, but other customers as well. Although the will do their best to rectify the mistakes.“
