“Great New addition to the Ridgefield scene. All the food was excellent with the Filet Mignon being the star of the evening. Wines served by the glass were wonderful and complimented the meal well. The service was attentive, on point, and not intrusive at all. The ambience was enhanced by the music playlist that brings up the vibe of the whole place. Job well done!“

“Surprisingly artful presentation on all the starters. Flavors were inventive and delicious! The entreés- while also tasty- were less impressive in plating- a bit placed on the plate- more homestyle. I beleieve the sraters are whre they really shine here. The bar drinks weer also well-balanced flavors and not overly sweet- more refreshing- - and this was with a more fruit-forward drink- Kudos for the bartender erring on the side of substance and not syrup. Quality of all ingredients were rather high. One note- Their wine list needs some help. Glass pour choices were pretty pedestrian and didnt meet expectations.“

“My husband Mark and I met Doug at PJ Clark’s and went there for years. When he opened Hudson Malone, of course we went many times.! I then got sick (surgeries in 14 months, all good now!) ) and when I walked back in with my husband after almost two years, Doug saw us coming in, poured my favorite wine, took my hand and kissed it, and said ““Welcome Home Claudia”

“This place is nothing short of amazing. We went on a recommendation of a friend for our wedding anniversary. As soon as we walked in we were treated like family. When they found out it was our anniversary they gave us a glass of champagne. The calamari was incredible. Not oily and so flavorful. The linguini fruit ti di mara was delicious. My wife had the special with clams and mussels and that too was delicious. They constantly checked on us and made us feel so welcome. For dessert we shared a Carrot cake and it was so fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you making our anniversary special.“

“Awesome old school bar-style burgers done right! You can tell they care and use quality ingredients. Cheeseburger with caramelized onions, pickles, and their house sauce (it’s kinda like a chipotle mayo) is the perfect combo. The staff and owners are as nice as can be too.“

“Hosted an intimate party for 22 yesterday. The food and service was great. Varied dishes, shrimp over linguini, penne with grilled chicken, eggplant parm, hanger steak, Pan roasted salmon salad and chicken marsala all were delicious, served hot and all came out within minutes of the others.“

“I went to Whitlock's a couple of weekends ago and had the absolute best meal. I ordered the French dip and it was mouthwatering good. My server's name was Tisha and she was honestly one of the best server's I've ever meet. Her smile light up the room and she went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy from the time I walked in, to the time we left. I would recommend Whitlock's to anyone who hasn't been.“

“We’d flown across the continent from Vancouver to New York, and drove up from Midtown to New Canaan to see something quieter. The moment we parked on Elm Street, it felt like the right destination. The name might belong to old horror movies, but the street was nothing but calm. My wife called it “cute” about a thousand times, and she wasn’t wrong.

“This place is a gem, a real throwback to when dining out was a pleasure. Been here several times for lunch and dinner. Warmly welcomed each time. The service and the setting and the food are all top-notch. Great fish always, and many traditional Italian dishes to choose from. Good sides, too. Each dinner entree comes with a lovely salad , nicely presented with a tasty house dressing. I feel fortunate to live nearby but would drive longer if I had to. many of their regulars come from other towns.“

The food was delicious, the decorations were beautiful, the atmosphere was warm and cozy, all of the staff that we encountered were young but surprisingly all so very well mannered, polite and very nice!! “Have had dinner at The Arch previously each time everything was tasty and prepared well. My wife who's very particular was more than satisfied. In June my wife and I had our wedding at The Arch. We Highly Recommend , Zennel and his staff are professional. The chef definitely knows his way around the kitchen. The food, from appetizers, to desert, everything, was delicious. The entrees were perfect, the short ribs were to die for, no knife necessary. Our chocolate on chocolate wedding cake was incredible.“

“Applebee never disappointed me. First I was taken away with the ambience , the music was playing soft and no loud noise. I love the variety of stuff you can choose from and the various combos they had to offer. The steak was really nice and I enjoyed every bit of it. My long island ice tea drink was amazing. “My husband and I wanted to find a local place to watch the knicks VS Celtics game. We called and confirmed with John that they will be showing it on one of the many TV’s. And they did.

We had server named Isabella V, who was wonderful. Very attentive and sweet. Will return and request her for any future dinings at this establishment.“
