Always a superb experience at this hidden neighborhood gem in New Canaan. Entrance is around back for those in the know. Warm and cozy with a friendly-family vibe. The Double Double Burger and Cheesesteak are as good as you can get. Cocktails are prepared by arguably the best bartenders in the state and they are exceptional. Service is efficient and friendly and managers are always around making sure the crowd is happy. Go once and you'll find you can't wait to go back!!!
So, did uncorked think charging for ice cubes in a drink would up their profit? No thanks. Not worth going back. Even McDonald's gives you ice cubes**Owner** see receipt. $2.00 “rocks”Bar terminology for ice. **

I stopped in for a quick take out this morning. First time I’ve been there. Quite possibly the best cheesesteak I’ve found in CT.Definitely worth a try. I’ll be going back for sure.
