“My absolute favorite place“

“We hosted my daughter‘s bridal shower at J Law and it was everything we hoped for. Clara, Megan, and the entire team were attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the day. The private event space was ideal, spacious, welcoming, and flexible enough for us to personalize with our own decor. The food was delicious. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere made everyone feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another celebration. Thank you, Clara and the J Law team for helping us create such a memorable day!“

“I’m not from CT but this is the Applebees I will be coming to. NY Locations aren’t this happy and caring. The manager Jessica was on top of everything. I’m a girls girl and I was amazed how she’s a manager, waitress and a bartender. That’s what we call a triple threat. Her employees are so helpful towards one another and to the customers. I felt the love and how they treat each other as if they were family. I will be back and will continue driving an hour up to the Danbury location.“

“Great place for family and friends to get a meal, catch a game. Management was very generous with accommodating to ensure everyone go to see the game they requested. The food was great.....lemon pepper wings, burgers, steak fries. My favorite was the cheesesteak egg rolls! The bar features a couple of signature cocktails but I had the caribbean sangria, worth a taste!“

“For a restaurant that is so close to 5 star you can literally taste it. They definitely try hard to give you a perfect dining experience and that's commendable. The shock factor for this establishment was it's loud and partitions or background music isn't going to change that, so you lose a bit of intimacy. However if it's decent quisine you are looking for you may be in the right spot. The breaded and fried chicken was good and done correctly however the panko was retaining the flavor of the oil rather than it's own. The brussel sprouts were good but honestly it can do without the bacon bits(that were really hard for some reason). Too many minor nuance's for a five star but I believe the potential is there!“

I own a business in Danbury and I tell all my customers and friends whenever there is a sporting event going on let’s go to chilis to watch. The manager Brett is always so welcoming and makes my party and I feel like family everytime. I will be a returning customer for as long as I live in Connecticut!“

“We thoroughly enjoy the Mill Plain Diner. The staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. The food is served hot and is always delicious, while it is reasonably priced. We have any of number of diners we could go to for our weekly weekend breakfasts, but Mill Plain Diner is the one we choose.“

“I have had the privilege of eating their fried chicken on several occasions and enjoyed every morsel. The atmosphere is homey and the staff are just good folks.It is worth the trip to enjoy a culinary experience.

“I grew up as a CT local and have been coming to T.K.’s for over 20 years… best spot on the planet for wings!!! After my recent move to New Hampshire, my fiancé is just as dedicated as I am to the amazing food, atmosphere and staff and we took a trip down on our motorcycle to enjoy yet another fantastic lunch. Well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive. THANK YOU T.K.’s!!!!“

“LongHorn Steakhouse was a really solid meal. The salads were good, the steaks were excellent, and everything came out the way it should. For a chain restaurant, the quality was impressive.

Honestly, with how much steak prices have gone up, places like this have become some of the most affordable spots to get a good steak dinner. At this point, I am not even sure you could cook a steak at home for much less. Overall, a very good choice when you want a dependable steak without spending top-end steakhouse money.

“Everything was awesome once we were finally sat. Our server was Shayne and he was the best. Answered all our questions, made helpful suggestions and checked on us at the right times. One ⭐ off for whoever was supposed to watch the front. We waited so long at the door (please wait to be seated sign right in the front) that my husband went to the restroom, came back and then flagged down someone by the kitchen door himself 🤦🏻‍♀️ Everything was clean and food came out hot. I appreciated that the kids menu had the option of fries or apple sauce!“
