“We love this place! The food is to die for , so many mouth watering choices and huge portions! We enjoyed the nachos, stuffed shrooms Chicken Parm, Chicken Alana , Chicken ala Vodka and Spicy Chicken with penne , to name a few. We were there Friday listening to my daughter , Tori, play guitar and sing downstairs and we had a big group with us. Every person loved their food and will be coming again. Also, the owner , Mike, is so kind , a class act and the people that work there bend over backwards making sure everyone is comfortable and have what they need. Amy and Lily greeted us with friendliness and warmth and that demeanor continued through the three plus hours we were there. Thank you Twisted Vine for such a fun and delicious evening ! “We were in the area for a celebration of life. The rooms are newly renovated. There was a slight odor in the corridors from the paint and carpets, but the rooms were wonderful. The Bistro staff was friendly and enjoyable. The food was good, but not a lot of options.“

I ordered the delmonico 22oz steak and a side of vegetables. 22oz wasn't the largest steak on the menu, but steak was the main option. The steak was cooked well. The service was fast and good. The waitresses were fast to provide refills. This was a very good stoo.“

“A good manager staffs the dining area according to the occupancy forecast, knowing that Fridays and Saturdays are usually busy. This was not the case.
If you ask me, you first clear the tables before you bring new customers to them and keep people standing and wait by the table, as an employee finally grabs everything in a rush in front of them (something that a lot of employees hate... to be watched and timed as they do their job)
Our waiter was clearly very busy, because there was not enough manpower on the floor for a very busy night, but that didn't affect his behavior; he was polite, professional and efficient. There were no food runners, it seemed, so we waitef about 15 minutes from the moment we sat down to finally get some attention; but there were still some things that were not done like it used to be (we didn't have sharing plates, the bread was not served warm like before, desserts came without any silverware, nobody brought us waters) Most of the time the manager was checking his phone, but eventually he did bring some plates to a table.
The thing that struck me was that the suggested tip starts at the 18% value, as if 15% is not an option (I don't mind that per se, as I believe in rewarding waitstaff considerably, but some people may not want to feel sort of ambushed into tipping an amount that they don't believe right).
Things have changed a lot, obviously, and I hope that this chain will last for a while, as the menus are good and the quality of food is decent. They just need to rethink a few things.“

My wife enjoyed the chicken tacos, finding them excellent. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. The fries were delicious, and the sandwich was good, though I felt the portion of sweet potato fries was too small and the chicken patty was undersized for the bun. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll likely return.“

“I had my son’s baptism reception here and the owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. The food was amazing and was out and ready to go when we arrived.
