Located along the scenic Route 58, this is always one of my favorite stops when driving through Easton. If you want to order a take out meal or just stop for a quick bite to eat, there is a lunch counter in a separate entrance from the two rooms that comprise the dining rooms. Food is excellent country fare. Like you're in a old roadside diner in Vermont. Bustling breakfast and full house here on a Saturday morning with good reason.
