It had so much flavor and we weren’t rushed at all. The service was great, good portions for the pricing. They even gave me a free dessert and a cute keychain attachment. “Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

The service of the waitresses is excellent, very good attitude and very attentive when taking orders and bringing the plates of food. For my part I DIDN'T see anything bad. Everything correct!

“Had a bereavement luncheon there Sunday. Everything was phenomenal from the food to the excellent service. Our server David was excellent. We love this restaurant and have never had a bad meal or experience. Highly Recommend.“

“The food good is delicious. The prices are a bit higher than expected, but I suppose that's partly due to the food being Halal. One of my favorites there is the Kabob Roll. It's not listed on the menu. It comes with kabobs wrapped in freshly made naan with your choice of toppings like lettuce, tomato, onions, etc. it also comes with white sauce and a spicy sauce on the side. The Kabob Roll is flavorful - spiced just right. And if you douse it with the white/hot sauce provided you're going to be in for a treat. The fish and chips is also an excellent choice. The meals are filling and there is a kids menu available. There are tables for indoor dining and a TV that frequently has a soccer game on.“

“There was music, amazing service, and it was absolutely authentic. It's wasn't salty and it wasn't oily. It had flavor and you can seriously taste the Ecuadorian passion in the food.
There ampinadas were fresh and light. Everything was made from scratch. The pickled onion salad truly compliments the Ampinadas.
I truly hope it stays this way, and whoever is working at the time of my wife and I eating there should be the backbone and foundation of this magnificent Ecuadorian cuisine.“

“Great experience, went with family and friends after church on Sunday . We had a great reception we had a big group of people and forgot to make a reservation but once we got there they work it out , and Zé tried to accommodate all of us it was our fault not to call before. But everything went smoothly fine. Food was great , very friendly I recommend it. Thank you !!!“
