JB's Deli & Pizza in Norwalk is known for their top-notch pizza, with some considering it among the best in Fairfield County. The menu offers a variety of options, including sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. Notably, JB's has risen above the "seeded wedge extinction epidemic" by offering seeded wedges, a point of excitement for some customers. The staff is friendly, and delivery times are quick. However, parking is limited, with only three spots available, so street parking may be necessary.
The food and service at JB's Deli & Pizza are consistently great. Customers have praised the delicious bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, as well as the chef's homemade rice pudding. The Italian sub and grilled chicken with mozzarella are also highly recommended. The deli is open on holidays, and the service is quick and friendly. While the coleslaw is better than most, some customers have expressed a preference for a different potato salad.
