Bought this cake because it was marked Oreo cookies n cream. Well surprise when I got home it was just vanilla. Also not sure what happened with the cake part but just filling in the missing piece with frosting is crazy. I thought maybe it was just the 1st piece that was like that but turned out to be the entire cake.
Don’t enroll your franchises in delivery platforms if you don’t intend to have staff cover the orders, correctly, at your stated hours of business.
If I could give no stars I would. I went to pick up my birthday cake today that I ordered online and was told that my order wasn’t going to happen because the lady who makes the cakes is on vacation. How can you run a business like this?! Now I have to take more time to request a refund by calling the main number because the store couldn’t give me a refund since I place the order online. Absolutely terrible.
