Went there to get an ice cream sundae for my grandmother, since those are her favorite. AFTER requesting a sundae and scooping the ice cream, the worker told me they were out of hot fudge. I asked if they had caramel and she said they were out of that too….she ended up putting chocolate syrup, which really isn’t the same. I get that stuff happens, but how does an ice cream shop run out of those key ingredients? And the way she handled it could have been better. She was rude and really couldn’t be bothered with helping or making up for it. I received the most mediocre and overpriced sundae. I’ll go to Stew Leonard’s next time.

Went thru the drive thru on a Friday night looking for some ice cream / shake. After a couple of back and forth, we ordered something that she claimed was available. We got to the window, she charged us first and then came back 10 mins later saying she doesn't have it in the stock. We requested a refund to which we were told she didn't know how to process it. Took my phone and name and said someone would call me the next day to do the reversal. Nobody called and when I call their number, just goes to voice mail.So, my two cents here - if you go to this drive thru, please make sure you get your order first before you pay - because they are going to make you jump thru hoops to get the credit back.

She gave me attitude on the phone when I called to complain about my order that was wrong. People in CT are honestly weird. Bad experience in this state in general. Don’t hang up on a customer when they are giving you feedback about an order YOU messed up.

Costumer service was bad. I’ve been going here for ten years and I asked them to make a milkshake that I usually get and all of sudden they can’t make it? Afterwards they continued to confuse my order. Definitely won’t recommend, you’re better off going to frostys

Do a favor close this after 10. You can’t get nothing after 10. The dude never talk and said they don’t have anything available . They why the .. you open this and make people drive there. People don’t go there after 10 they won’t serve you anything. Don’t goooo stay away. Hopefully they will shut doors or hire someone who are willing to serve .

Server gets a 4 star, she was very friendly.However the cones (waffle and sugar) was so stale we had to throw the ice cream away. Get fresh cones please!

This place just needs to shut its doors. The place is full of flies and fruit flies. The donuts are never fresh and the ice cream always taste gritty and freezer burned. It’s poor quality at its finest. The staff is all young rude kids that need to just focus on they’re education. This place is going to crash and burn if they don’t step it up. I found a better basking in Greenwich CT, it’s fresh and the service is amazing.

Second rate service. They all seem as if they’re in a dream state- a bad dream state. And the man who seems as if he might be the manager is grumpy and doesn’t seem to want to be there. And sometimes the ice cream isn’t firm ans cold enough.
