“Literally come with my bf just for their karaoke nights on Thursdays and Sundays with the fabulous DJ Chris and to visit bartenders Jessica and Tommy, the absolute best companions for this bar. Pretty laidback chill spot with pool tables, darts, nice background music and outside tables too. Hopefully the video gives a better glimpse of the bar appearance.Parking: It’s a pretty tight spot for parking. Maybe about 6-8 spots at most. But there’s always sidewalk parking in front of the bar as well as across the street or next to the supermarket.Kid-friendliness: It can be pretty family-friendly for the most part. All the remaining adults arrive after 9/10pm.“

“So being a Stamford native I remember well the novelty of drinking & eating at Tigin. But having children and the like it has been almost 15 years since I stepped foot inside. That changed this past Saturday. Tigin has aged very well. Like a fine wine it brought back a lot of memories for me. The fish & chips were fantastic. The pint was a perfect pour. And the staff just lovely as my British wife likes to say. Looking forward to a return much much sooner than 15 years.“

“I had a Sweet 16 party about 3 month ago, when I spoke with the manager from the venue he was very kind, we estimated how many adults could attend because alcoholic beverages you should pay per adults, so I started paying the venue each two or four month and finally on the same day of he party I had to pay for alcohol depending on how many adults came to the party. At first we signed a paper with a estimated 40 people, in the end of the party I had just 20 people but but he changed me has 40 adults people behaved badly wit me , the manager said many things and when the party ended he didn't comply, he also told me that I can use the kitchen for warme up the food later on the same day of the party he said the the kitchen does not include. Just be very careful what you sign he promises a lot and at the moment of truth he is a liar.“

“I had a great time until I looked up while eating and saw this old ass blonde Thursday night. Drunk out of her mind looking absolutely disgusting with this equal older chick with these guys. When people are trying to enjoy themselves and this place turns into vulture hour it’s a shame. Clearly they were over 50 what the hell are they doing in there looking like skanks especially the one dressed in black! Whomever that belongs to must be proud!“

“We stopped by here for a quick and casual bite. The place is reminiscent of an old English pub and the setting is comfortable and relaxed. I loved the fireplace in the bar area, which seemed cozy and intimate. I loved that the main dining area was free of TV's! It was very busy on an early Sunday evening with lots of people dining in but also lots of take out. We had perused the online menu before arriving and found the actual menu to be a tad different so be aware. The menu does offer a variety of options for everyone. We ordered the fish and chips and the chili. Our orders arrived in a timely manner. The fish was fresh tasting, flaky, and perfectly battered and fried. The chili was very good, although the cheese was melted on top---much like a French onion soup--which made it hard. I personally would prefer it not that way, but the chili itself had a slightly sweet taste and was enjoyable and so filling. Service was prompt and friendly. We found the prices to be reasonable and the portion sizes great. The parking lot was full so we had to use the adjacent church parking lot-a 1 minute walk-, but that was no problem. I would give this 3.5 stars.“
