Kiku Sushi Asian Fusion in Stamford is a casual and friendly setting. The new owner, Fiona, and the team have raised the bar tremendously. The menu now includes more Asian selections and the sushi menu is awesome in taste and variety. The sushi is super fresh, delicious, and even better than before. The (3) sushi chefs are very talented. The kitchen has delicious pan fried pork dumplings and drunken noodles, which are so delicious you can’t get them anywhere else. There are new dishes and creative sushi updates, like the Specials Rolls. The staff are friendly, efficient, and work as a team. The service is very good. The restaurant is decorated like a fishing village, with a funny AI generated photo on the wall. It’s family owned and employed. Whether getting take out or dining in, the food is exceptional. Kiku is cozy in a strip mall, but don’t judge a book by its cover. It’s incredible that the flavors are still the same and the restaurant feels more vibrant.
