Everything is fresh, the cashier passed fruit from the front back to the kitchen to make our crepe and the flavor is obviously an order of magnitude better than your average smoothie shop. “Bar Vida is for sure my favorite smoothie/juice place in the Fairfield County area! I highly recommend their Malibu smoothie which is strawberry-based (I usually add peanut butter to mine) and their immunity juices/shots which are cold-pressed and homemade with lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper, and apple. Once you have Bar Vida it's hard to go back to any other smoothie/juice place!“

I wish we had one of these closer to me the menu was overwhelming I wanted to tey them all. I dont like bananas and its usually hard to find smoothies w out them but they had a ton. they also had a bunch of add-ons like protein collagen etc and they were reasonably priced the smoothies near me are half the size double the price and not nearly as tasty. If it was closer I would definitely be a regular“

For real, they have fake flavoring but their stuff is tasty. Service can be quite slow, especially when you’re not the only one there (ha), but this place will get you coming back because it’s that good and fun. If you’re really itching, order a hot dog at Toxic Wings connected to it while you wait. Come with patience and optimism if required. Worth a visit.“
