Stopped for dinner on my way through town, had the Chaufas with chicken and dang! The service was prompt, the sauce was stellar, and the meal was more than I could finish (and I leave food on the plate maybe once per year or two). The fried rice, egg, and chicken were seasoned perfectly, and the right consistency. The fresh scallions and the dish of sauce added to the flavor. Not many people actually dine-in, rather they do take-out. The food is amazing, and the chefs most certainly know what they're doing. The service is nothing special; they get the job done. The atmosphere in the restaurant itself is rather inadequate. There are not many tables (only about 3-4 parties' worth of tables) and the tables are sometimes flimsy/floppy. But if we're going to talk about the food itself, again, it's amazing.

So happy to have fiesta on the west side now! Same great food as the downtown location but more laid back atmosphere. There are a bunch of tables here but I prefer this location for takeout.
