I had a very pleasant experience this morning. The girl with a headscarf taking my order was very sweet and left a cute message on my cup. Definitely made my day better.
I am not a Starbucks person but I will stop here if I have a gift card, I will not take my preference for other coffee into consideration in this review. The staff here is efficient and friendly and the hot sandwiches are good. Prices seam to have come down and are in line with Dunkin. This place does have a limited menu though and does not have stuff like Decaf. 3 stars only because the coffee was ok. Otherwise, it's a pretty slow service vs. other Starbucks outlets and not because there are huge numbers of customers; there's an apparent lethargy and the staff don't appear to help each other, sticking to their individual tasks. I've been here a few times and my experience has been consistently mediocre.
