Love this McDonald's. It's the best one in Stamford. I've been coming here almost every week for a few years now. The staff are friendly and it has a great atmosphere. The orders always come out fast and correct, even during the peak hours, and the dining area is kept clean. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
When I went there almost the entire place was closed off except for the walk in registers, they even blocked off the bathrooms. They do not have a drink fountain, which is fine most McDonald's that dont have a drink fountain still offer free refills, not this place. Genuine bottom of the barrel.
The food is pretty much what you'd expect from a fast food place—quick and consistent. The staff is usually friendly, but I've had a couple of long waits during busy times. Overall, it satisfies that craving, just don’t expect anything extraordinary.

McDonald's offers consistent food with friendly workers who fix any order issues promptly. The ice cream machine is always working, a win for customers. The restaurant is good for a quick bite, and customers can stand outside and watch things move by while waiting. Service is generally pretty good, though at times it can be quite busy. To reduce the hassle, having multiple order kiosks would help. The staff was kind and mindful, especially towards vegetarian customers, offering a burger with just lettuce and sauce when requested. Most of the time, Dr. Pepper is out of stock, and the restaurant could improve in this area. Immediate service is available even when busy, and staff, including the manager who was attentive and friendly, respond quickly despite the crowd. The atmosphere can be disrupted by troublesome kids, leading staff to intervene. Not particularly kid-friendly, takeout remains the best option. Parking can be difficult, and some slow service was experienced when ordering a McFlurry alongside fries and burgers. The ice cream machine is always working, which is appreciated by customers.
