“I am a frequent visitor to many of the Starbucks locations in Darien and Stamford, and the Darinor location is excellent. The in-house service is fast and friendly, and even though there may be a wait, the orders are filled as promptly as possible and I have never had a mistake with any of them. I have only eaten inside one time, and the only problem I had was that the music was a little loud. (Not unusual for most of the Starbucks I visit.) I love that this location has a drive-thru, and that is my preferred way to order, especially at night or in bad weather. Yes, the line of cars is sometimes long, but this is such a popular place that it comes as no surprise. Another wonderful feature for me is that this location is open until 9:30 PM which is so perfect for a last-minute decision to grab a latte! Be aware, though, that if you are a night owl like me, you may find many of your favorite items all sold out before you get there. (That's the price of being such a popular location, I guess!) I always enjoy coming here, chatting with the employees and getting some great food and delicious coffee drinks!“
“My drink tasted fine, the atmosphere seemed a bleh. The employees didn’t seem rude or anything.Unfortunately I was needing a drive through, this one is marked as having a drive thru but there isn’t one. Unless I missed it somewhere and the window on the inside is hidden.“
“Every time I go into this location to attempt to sit and enjoy my drink, it’s always so uncomfortably cold at this location that’s why I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere. I have to wear my coat while I have my drink and my drink gets so cold by the time I start to drink it. Also, not sure why my iced drinks always have so much ice even though I indicate “light ice” on my order. Other than these 2 issues, this location has friendly helpful baristas for an inviting atmosphere.“
