Starbucks in Norwalk

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! The entire staff is consistently kind and efficient, but I have to give a special shoutout to Scott. He is always so pleasant to see and has a way of making every interaction feel truly genuine, a warm smile goes a long way, It’s such a nice way to start the morning. His positive energy and kind gestures really set the tone for the day. I really hope management recognizes him for his amazing service and the positive energy he brings to the team!“

“My husband & I were on a road trip & popped in for bathroom break & caffeine fix- the staff was great, very helpful & nice. Mocha expresso was great, food choices a little too fancy for a quick snack, but I'm not usually a Starbucks eater, love the expresso, though.“

“My experience was overall nice and fast service. The order was on point!!!

It is a brand new store and it seems that with a lot of new crew so I get it, everyone’s a bit tense trying to get everything right.

I would just say the Starbucks atmosphere is not there yet. Where the crew smiles at you and greets as soon as you get there and you have music in the background.

Overall opinion? It is worth coming just have patience with the new crew.“
