“What started as a bad experience was turned around by the manager. I asked for my drink to be remade, and when they remade it, it tasted just like the first one so I was not happy. I asked for a refund, which the manager issued. In addition she asked for further clarification about my drink, and remade it for me. It surprised me and made me happy since this is my “cheat” drink of the week, so I’d like it come out right and it costs almost $7. Whoever the manager that worked the morning 8/30/26 and helped me with my drink, you turned my day around. Thanks so much!“
“Just stopped by to grab a coffee and I had such a great experience The girl taking our order Victoria was so sweet and friendly She made us feel really welcomed and our drinks were made pretty quickly and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was also really relaxing and made it a great place to sit back, unwind, and enjoy your coffee. Definitely a 10/10 experience!“
