Starbucks in Milford

“I went to the store on July 4th and it was so busy, but I was served by the most helpful and lovely person. I wish I remembered her name, but she has the brightest blue hair. I was buying my regular ground coffee, but also a different coffee for guests. She spent time discussing this Ethiopian Highlands coffee with me and even gave me a sample. I know she didn't have the time to do this. Starbucks can learn some lessons about customer service from this one with the blue hair. The coffee was great too!“

“I am a faithful Starbucks Customer. I came in to order an Ice Mocha Latte. Lately the milk had been bothering my stomach. I asked Sam can I tried the Oat and Almond Milk to see which would compliment my drink. She gave me a small sample and I was able to order my drink with no stomach distress. Big Thank you to Sam and her friendly Co-Worker Autum who were both pleasant and very professional.“
