Starbucks in Monroe

“I frequent this location when in the area for work, today I got my usual drink and pastry when I noticed the pastry was moldy. 🤮 The customer service is always top notch and this could be a one off, but man it ruined the start of my day.“

“Used to come here for years and after a more convenient location opened up I started going there but will be returning to my go-to Starbucks location when I have the time. The problem is there is bumper to bumper traffic sometimes getting there and then I have to loop around home or towards work so it’s not as convenient but definitely more reliable. The lobby is smaller than most stores around but there’s room to sit and work most of the time. I just wish the location was more convenient for me but I’ll just have to get my wife to pick up my drink here and there when I don’t have time.“
