“I love this store and the workers! Always a friendly atmosphere and they are very kind and funny. The only downside is the customers I see are very rude and impatient to the baristas. They work very hard and push out 100s of drinks as fast as they can and I just wish I saw a kinder experience from the customers.“
“Honestly, the best Starbucks in Danbury. This location on Mill Plain Road is incredibly reliable and always quick with their service. The staff is genuinely friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk in and make a point to say goodbye on your way out, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming and personal. I’ve been coming here for years, and the consistency has never changed. Great drinks, efficient service, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. Absolutely recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area!“
“The worker Rachel gave us the best drink I've ever drank in my entire life and she is the best barista I've ever met in my entire life. Her work was outstanding. This drink changed my life in so many ways possible she is the nicest person I've ever encountered in my entire life. She made my friend's birthday 10 times better I almost cried and I think you should give her a raise because of her beautiful work with my drink I couldn't appreciate it more. This was the best trip to Starbucks in my whole entire life and I come here every day.“
“It's Easter 2026 and decided to get some sweet treats, so of course I went to Starbucks. I sweet, lovely voice greeted me, took my order and sent me to the window. I got there, and the most pleasant person handled me my order. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of his voice. Now, I'm going to really enjoy my sweets. 5 starts for customer service.“
