I’m giving full stars even after my drink was made wrong ? but Tyrone the shift supervisor not only remade the drink, he was attentive and listened as I expressed my frustration as this happens often! Thank you Tyrone you made my day!!
Staff is exceptionally customer service oriented - very good staff. Food showcase does not present the food well. Glass and crumbs need to be cleaned often. As for the place - I think it’s a mess. Tables dirty - every one of them. I’m was the only one in the place and still every table was dirty. I had to ask for a paper towel to clean my table. This is common for this place. Garbage is full, floor is dirty. Clean up your act

I went by inside and ordered a latt and an egg sandwich. There were at least 8 empty there. I got the drink right away, but after 9 minutes I went to the register to ask for my money back for the sandwich. Upon my request the guy making the sandwiches handed it to me. It had been just sitting there for a while, I suppose.
