“I just moved to the area and my first time to this Starbucks
It is clean and bright and the staff are beautiful people. First time having hot chocolate and the served it a beautiful mug... have to find out how much is the mug. Got to have it... it's a cozy mug....will definitely be back. PS my pup loved her cup.. first time she asked for seconds. Lol“

“This a great location to have a Starbucks. I enjoy stopping in to pick up my order. The staff is so energetic and pleasant. Pam the manager is dope. You can see that she encourages her staff and even jumps in to help when it is peak time. The fact that the staff knows their customers by name is amazing. That is something that makes it worth stopping. This location does not fall short of hospitality at all. After all this is what hospitality industry is about. Selling a product and maintaining the retention of customers.“

“Better flavors in Comparison to Dunkin and atmosphere ia very inviting. I personally have only purchased SB' s Nespresso Coffee Pods or received delivery @ work I've never visted an actual store and chill'd to drink my Beverage .

“I like Starbucks from I was a child, it’s my favorite place, but sometimes when I order a coffee or any drink they put for me more ice, it’s more than the drink, so! half of the cup is all ice and a little drink, is that fair? I spoke to them at the same time I ordered my matcha drink, and I explained my problem to them, and they gave me my money back. That seems fair. But please, next time, don't add ice without consulting the customer first.“

“Stopped by here to journal and grab a quick latte. This Starbucks is BY FAR one of the best locations I’ve been to in a while. The staff were friendly, and the manager (Jen) was EXCEPTIONAL! She was pleasant, attentive to customers, AND her staff. You don’t see that kind of leadership and teamwork often. 10/10 Recommend!!!!!!!“

“I always have such a great experience at this Starbucks, especially with the Sunday team. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, but I want to give a special shoutout to Lia. She is an amazing barista and always greets me as soon as I walk through the door with a smile. She’s consistently kind, attentive, and makes every visit feel personal. You can really tell she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. The Sunday team truly sets the tone for a great start to the day!“

“A cashier name Juanita or something she’s very ignorant to the fact of peoples wait times. But everyone else was pretty nice! I had to keep asking the people making drinks for my double smoke and when they themselves told this lady that I was waiting for my sandwich she didn’t attempt to know who I was or what was my name to see if my order was ready. She just kept giving other people there orders meanwhile I waited 15 mins for a sandwich. They should be a little more aware of everyone that’s standing there waiting for a long time.“

“They recently renovated this Starbucks, and it looks really nice! My friend and I come here all the time to grab a drink, and we always get the matcha. It’s consistently delicious, unlike some other Starbucks where it can be hit or miss. Everything is made really well here, and the drinks are always great. The only downside is that the store isn’t as clean as I expected after the renovation it didn’t stay spotless for very long. That said, we’ll definitely keep coming back. The new seating is super comfortable, and it’s a great place to relax.“

“Only giving it a 4 because of one employee who handle a crazy rush 03/8. Wasn’t able to see his name but he had a Supreme beanie on… everyone else not sure what they were doing but despite it being so hectic and lots of people waiting he was able to still engage with customers. He noticed when another employee didn’t fill a cup all the way up and fixed it immediately while still attending to his station. You could see the vast difference in work ethic compared to his colleagues….and my drink still came out good.“

“Don’t like that location for that Starbucks to be . Waited for a seat because it’s next to the buses and people wait. Also, safety is a minor issue, may see some homeless or odd folk in there as you would see anywhere in NYC. However , service was great and fast .“

“Today I had the blessing of coming across 3 of the finest barista in town Darius, Manuel & Tyler! I was gruel having the worst day and these 3 gentlemen perked me up with kindness and grace! I would come back here everyday for them if I can! Being a manger and knowing this field isn’t ez they handle me with grace!“

“I go to this Starbucks location all the time. And they never disappoint me. I always order my ice caramel macchiato with my croissant ham and Swiss cheese. The crew members and the managers are all nice and very polite. The service is Amazing!. And the atmosphere is always calm, peaceful and joyful. Also, they will make your order as soon as it's in the system. They don't keep you waiting for long, and very clean. Ya' guys are amazing keep up the incredible work and service you guys offer.
