I've been going to the bay plaza location for years and never have I gotten an order so alarming to me. I ordered a venti sized hot macchiato and was sipping it until it was done. Towards the last drops I kept on hearing a thump like sound coming from my cup. I opened the cup and I found a long plastic bag all shriveled up. I was drinking my drink with plastic inside. This Starbucks was actually a drive thru they had run out of just about everything we had asked for. They had no pastries, they didn't have a certain item that my friend had requested. I was like why are you open if your store doesn't have any food items? I wasn't thrilled about the visit at all. Next time I'll go to Dunkin Donuts.

They removed the comfy leather chairs and replaced them with plain wooden chairs. Some shifts have really incompetent baristas. I ordered a peach iced tea and somehow he ended up with a Misto order?? They don’t even sound similar. A few stars for the cute Christmas decor.
