This place always get my drink wrong and charge me extra for the simple changes all lemonade and two pumps of peppermint they don’t give my pumps of peppermint and they keep making my drink with water idk who to talk to for help but today my last day going here I really hope they can make others people drinks right going forward

This Starbucks is the worst of the worst!! You order ahead. For what!!! Mind you on a weekday!! The estimated time for your order to be completed on the app is not right because when you get there they never have it ready. Today I had to wait over half an hour for an order placed at 6:30am. Ridiculous! If this was Manhattan that would never happen! Either close down or revamp operations!! I asked for a refund because the staff was insanely rude!!

Completely disgusted! I went to this location yesterday January 17, 2024 at 11:18am. I purchased a frozen pineapple lemonade, took a few sips of my drink and felt like I was swallowing some ice chips or something. After further inspection I noticed a foreign object in my drink. A whole bottle cap! I called the 1800 customer service immediately. They were very nonchalant. As if they were just collecting information from an average bad product or service incident. They gave me an email to send pictures to, however it’s been over 24 hours and I still have yet to get a response. I went back to the store location got a refund of $6.80. The store manager never made themselves known nor gave an apology. Beyond poor service, distasteful customer care. I’m confused as to how the person even preparing the drink put a bottle cap inside in the first place. The thought of it is just very unsanitary and displays the lack of attention to detail and preparation. The fact that no one truly seemed to be accountable nor apologetic, makes the impact of the situation worse. Also, keep in mind this establishment has a big fat grade A on their front door; a grade I do not believe they’ve earned nor deserve. This review is to advise future customers to go somewhere else. Or at the very least inspect your purchases thoroughly.

I've been going to the bay plaza location for years and never have I gotten an order so alarming to me. I ordered a venti sized hot macchiato and was sipping it until it was done. Towards the last drops I kept on hearing a thump like sound coming from my cup. I opened the cup and I found a long plastic bag all shriveled up. I was drinking my drink with plastic inside. I don't even know if the plastic was dirty or even if it had something inside that had maybe dissolved with the coffee. I hope and pray that I don't get sick from this negligence from whoever prepared my drink. I feel so insulted and furious. Why will there be a plastic bag inside someone's drink. It looked like the plastic cups where their cups are stored. I hope is that and nothing else. I'm very disappointed from this type of service I received. I want to thunk that this was done accidentally, but I don't know. At this point I don't even want to return. It's a shame because I really enjoy starbucks and this location is the only one available to me as I'm working.

This Starbucks was actually a drive thru they had run out of just about everything we had asked for. They had no pastries, they didn't have a certain item that my friend had requested. I was like why are you open if your store doesn't have any food items? I wasn't thrilled about the visit at all. Next time I'll go to Dunkin Donuts.

It is one of the worst bucks I have ever visited. The staff here is not at all friendly. I have ordered four grande drinks but the barista made a tall for two of them and it was worst than ever.

I’m a Starbucks fanatic so when I say the service here is bad, it’s bad. I just ask for my drink to be hot, not the tepid they gave me and I wasn’t rude by any means. The barista says she will make it over but deliberately ignores my order while she does a bunch of other things. I had to ask another barista to get it for me and still it was cold. Not like they know me to be disrespectful for no reason.
