I am so frustrated with this location. It’s a few feet from my job so it’s convenient, but the workers are rude and don’t prepare drinks correctly. I usually get iced drinks and ask for light ice so it’s not watered down and they continue to fill the cup with ice. Today I placed an order at the counter and had to wait 10 mins while everyone around me got their order. Will ALWAYS get your coffee wrong.
The delivery service is bad; when you order something for delivery, nobody pays any attention to the delivery aspect. I don't understand why, considering I'm spending my money just like anyone else.
