Great food, a bit of a longer wait only because the food is made to order. Beware though, the amount of fries you get a more that you'd expect!
This particular location was just ok. I usually go to the Five Guys located at Central Ave in Yonkers. Their service is great and their food is well cooked. Unfortunately, this location was ok. Service from the person at the counter was good but not so much from the manager. The burger patties were ok and all the add on items were very cold (I do enjoy melted cheese and my bacon at least warm). If you're hungry, it will do.

Five Guys serves great burgers and fries, although the prices may not be the best. The mobile app could be more secure. This location is efficient, clean, and has a spacious area. The staff are friendly, attentive, and very professional, taking care of customers promptly with smiles. The food is fresh, hot, and served consistently with other locations. Customers can enjoy a Double Bacon Cheese burger made to order with grilled onions and mushrooms, along with crispy salted fries and a large thick chocolate milkshake with whipped cream—offering an exceptional experience. Parking is ample, as it's situated in a strip mall. While fry quality can sometimes vary, it's generally good. Online ordering is available, and service is usually quick. Many customers appreciate being able to enjoy delicious burgers with gluten-free and dairy-free options, fitting their dietary needs. Overall, it’s a clean, friendly place where customers often feel full and satisfied, and many look forward to returning.
