The atmosphere and overall vibe are consistently positive, with a warm and welcoming staff who provide excellent customer service. The team is supportive and attentive, even helping with TikTok recipes. The beautiful large space is in a restored industrial building with a vibe descending from the original Starbucks in Seattle. One highlight is the fresh brewed decaf available anytime, a welcome change for those who only drink decaf after 12:00 p.m. The staff is extremely nice and reassuring, especially when cleaning up a spilled venti iced coffee and making a new one free of charge. However, it can get busier than some others, so ordering ahead on the app is recommended. A recurring frustration is that the food is sometimes heated unevenly, with the middle of the sandwich ice cold while the outside is hot. Despite this, the staff makes every visit a great experience.
