The staff are wonderful and courteous, and the place is clean, but the music is sooooo loud.... People talk about it, but they’re embarrassed to ask for it to be turned down. It’s hard even to talk to each other here.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a great place to work or sit down and have a coffee. It offers plenty of seating, friendly service, and clean bathrooms. The atmosphere and overall vibe are consistently positive, with a warm and welcoming staff who provide excellent customer service. The team is supportive and attentive, even helping with TikTok recipes. The beautiful large space is in a restored industrial building with a vibe descending from the original Starbucks in Seattle. One highlight is the fresh brewed decaf available anytime, a welcome change for those who only drink decaf after 12:00 p.m. The staff is extremely nice and reassuring, especially when cleaning up a spilled venti iced coffee and making a new one free of charge. However, it can get busier than some others, so ordering ahead on the app is recommended. A recurring frustration is that the food is sometimes heated unevenly, with the middle of the sandwich ice cold while the outside is hot. Despite this, the staff makes every visit a great experience.
