“Mall location, but easy access just inside of a main mall door, near escalator's, and centrally located on the lower level. The two young employees working when I visited couldn't have been nicer. The young lady who made my caramel frappe couldnt have done a better job!“

“I frequent the Garden State Plaza Starbucks location often and each experience is as good or better than previous times. Why? The Baristas are amazing, Kheanni, Averi, Jasmin greet the patrons as they enter the store, many by their first names. They are engaging and make the experience what it is, which for me is 5 stars ⭐ each visit. A shoutout to the store manager, Andrew who continues to hire quality individuals that meet these standards.“

“Barista’s were very friendly and mad a delicious pumpkin spiced latte. Store was clean and it felt very welcoming.
Parking: Plenty of spots in the parking lot or underground.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to wheel around and the counter height was perfect.“
“My favorite Starbucks to pick up before work! One of the fastest drive thru’s and the baristas are so friendly. I’ve only had one mistake with an order but they corrected it immediately and were so nice about. Just make sure you speak loudly when ordering drive thru since they’re right next to the high way!“
“I had an excellent experience at Starbucks thanks to Mateo, Kim, and Rosie. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They handled everything efficiently while still making me feel valued as a customer, which isn’t always easy during busy hours.
Mateo stood out for his professionalism and positive attitude, Kim made sure my order was perfect, and Rosie brought great energy that made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they work well as a team and care about providing great service.
