I had a GREAT experience ordering a custom designed Elfa solution, as well as additional solutions and items, all from a distance (Syracuse NY). Cindy in particular was absolutely fantastic to work with - she spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me giving recommendations, suggestions, and redesigning again and again until I was comfortable with all of my options and decisions. This Starbucks Coffee Company, located on rt17 next to the Container Store, is a favorite location for many. The staff, including Mateo, Kim, Rosie, Carina, and Matias, are consistently described as welcoming, attentive, friendly, professional, amazing, funny, and full of good vibes. They handle everything efficiently and work well as a team, providing great service. One customer had their iced latte remade without hesitation after another location got it wrong, calling it the best Starbucks experience. The atmosphere offers a few good tables for work, arm chairs to hang out, and many small tables for coffee with a friend. However, one complaint is that customers bring unleashed dogs inside, which has been described as very unsanitary when a white dog tried to go behind the counter. Despite this, the drinks are always well prepared, and the overall experience keeps customers coming back.
