Additionally, I had to wait an exceptionally long time for my order, which left me quite dissatisfied.I understand that mistakes can happen, but I hope your staff can pay more attention to the quality of service to prevent similar errors in the future. In this situation, I am seeking appropriate remedy beyond just a refund. Perhaps offering a complimentary beverage voucher or any other form of compensation would help rectify the inconvenience caused by this unpleasant experience.I believe Starbucks values customer satisfaction, and I look forward to your response. Drinks were delicious today, and staff is very warm and welcoming. Route 17 traffic can be tough.

Very good staff. Was very busy but they were determined to get everyone’s drinks out. İ was helped by a very nice lady at the register with red hair who was always smiling and very kind to me. There was a black haired barista making drinks who handed mine to me and she said to have a good day and was making sure everyone got their drink. Good service and cafe was decently clean. Will come back.
