“I came here quick to get a shaken espresso and finally use my christmas gift card. The cashier was so sweet and had a super cute cat hat! I got my drink and as I was walking to my job I realized someone drew an adorable puppy on my cup! 🥺❤

“I want to congratulate the entire Starbucks team inside Target at Hackensack, they are always friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy that makes me want to come back every day. The baristas provide excellent service, always remember my order, and treat me with respect and kindness. They are the main reason I continue to visit this location!
However, I do want to mention a situation that is not related to the Starbucks team, but rather to someone who said they were a Target “manager” and happened to be in line behind me one day. Their attitude made me feel uncomfortable, as if they were questioning whether I intended to pay something that has never been an issue for me. I am the type of person who will even cover the bill for elderly customers who might be short on change, so that kind of insinuation is completely uncalled for.
Since that day, I only come here because of the amazing Starbucks baristas, but I think it’s important for Target to address this type of behavior, as it can impact the customer experience and reflect poorly on Starbucks. The Starbucks team deserves an environment free of negative attitudes so they can continue providing the outstanding service they always deliver.“

“NEW 6/26 I had to update my review to 5 stars for service because I didn’t see that it was an option because although they were figuring out the line in the beginning of opening the team here stole my heart!!! the manager woman literally is a array of sunshine that gives everybody love beams, good vibes and just a classy woman L! It’s 517 on a Monday afternoon and she just served me again and she just makes me smile every time I come in there! There are two gentlemen who typically take my order as well. One has a ponytail and oh gosh the other guy’s name I’m not sure of but these three people are probably my favorite people on any given !!! they roll with the punches thrown at them and will make you smile every single time they take your order or you come up to the window!! OLD REVIEW we have been sitting in line for 22 minutes and this happens often! What’s weird is the line was so long and they’re just putting in the food when we get to the window so they are severely understaffed it seems like.“
